Terms and conditions for standard service gift cards at Hotel Jūrmala SPA:

These terms apply to standard service gift cards for Hotel Jūrmala SPA. For gift cards purchased during promotional periods (such as Balttour, Autumn Sale, Black Friday, etc.), please see the details below.

General terms:

  • The validity period of the gift card is 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • The validity period of the gift card can be extended for an additional 20% fee. Only those gift cards whose validity period has not yet expired can be extended.
  • Money paid for the gift card will not be refunded and the card cannot be exchanged for another gift card.
For accommodation gift cards:

2. The gift card must be presented when receiving the service.

For SPA gift cards:

1. To use the gift card, a service reservation must be made:

2. The service is guaranteed only after receiving written confirmation.

3. The gift card must be presented when receiving the service.

4. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before the SPA treatment.

For Wellness Oasis gift cards:
  1. No reservation is required for this service.
  2. The gift card must be presented before receiving the service and left with the reception staff.
  3. On Saturdays, from 15:00 to 18:00, priority for visiting Wellness Oasis is given to hotel guests.
  4. From June 1 to June 8, 2025, the sauna and pool center, Wellness Oasis, will be closed for its annual general cleaning.
For restaurant gift cards:

1. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance to receive the service:

2. The gift card must be presented before receiving the service and left with the restaurant waiter.

For cash gift cards:
  1. Before use, a printed e-gift card must be exchanged for a plastic gift card at the Hotel Jūrmala SPA reception.
  2. The cash gift card cannot be extended.

 

Terms and conditions for promotional gift cards:

Balttour 2025:

1. The gift cards are valid until May 31, 2025, and they cannot be extended.

2. When making a reservation with this gift card, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If necessary, there is an option to reschedule the reservation date once, but no later than May 31, 2025.

3. SPA treatments included in the gift card must be booked in advance—before check-in at the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel cannot guarantee their availability. Treatments are considered reserved only after receiving confirmation with the specified date and time of the visit.

5. The gift card must be presented when receiving the service.

Spring Beauty Days 2025:

1. The gift card is valid until May 31, 2025, and it cannot be extended.

2. The gift card can only be used on weekdays unless stated otherwise.

3. Money paid for the gift card will not be refunded, and it cannot be exchanged for another gift card.

2. The validity period of the gift card can be extended for an additional 20% fee. Only those gift cards whose validity has not yet expired can be extended.

3. Money paid for the gift card will not be refunded, and it cannot be exchanged for another gift card.
